أمد/ إلى متى يبقى الدم الفلسطيني رخيصاً؟
في جريمة جديدة تضاف إلى سجل الإبادة الجماعية التي يرتكبها الاحتلال الإسرائيلي بحق أبناء شعبنا في قطاع غزة، قصف جيش الاحتلال مطعماً مكتظاً بالنازحين في شارع الوحدة بمدينة غزة، ما أدى إلى استشهاد أكثر من 65 مدنياً، أغلبهم من النساء والأطفال، في مشهد مروّع يعكس وحشية لا نظير لها في التاريخ المعاصر.
لم تكن هذه المجزرة إلا امتداداً لنهج من القتل المتعمد والتجويع والقصف العشوائي الذي يستهدف المدنيين في الأسواق والمستشفيات ومراكز الإيواء. وهي سياسة ثابتة ترمي إلى كسر إرادة شعبنا وتدمير نسيجه الإنساني والاجتماعي، في ظل صمت دولي مريب وتواطؤ من قوى كبرى ما زالت تدعم هذا الكيان المجرم سياسياً وعسكرياً واستخبارياً.
إن استمرار استباحة دماء الفلسطينيين، وسط غياب للمحاسبة والمساءلة، يمثل انهياراً أخلاقياً لمنظومة القانون الدولي، واستهانة بالقيم الإنسانية التي يتغنى بها العالم المتحضر. فمن الذي يحاسب الاحتلال على ذبح الأطفال وهم في طابور انتظار الخبز؟ ومن يوقف آلة الموت التي لا تفرق بين رضيع وشيخ؟
نحن في الاتحاد العام للحقوقيين الفلسطينيين، نؤكد أن دماء الشهداء ليست أرقاماً، ولن تمر هذه الجرائم دون مساءلة. ونطالب بما يلي:
1. فتح تحقيق دولي عاجل وشفاف في مجزرة مطعم الوحدة وسائر المجازر المرتكبة في قطاع غزة.

2. التحرك الفوري من قبل المحكمة الجنائية الدولية ومجلس الأمن لوقف هذا العدوان الوحشي.

3. توفير حماية دولية فورية لأبناء شعبنا في قطاع غزة.

4. محاسبة الدول التي تواصل تزويد الاحتلال بالسلاح والدعم رغم إدراكها لحجم الجرائم المرتكبة.
إن صمت المجتمع الدولي، وتخاذل مؤسساته، هو بمثابة شراكة في الجريمة، ولن يُغفر له التاريخ إن لم يتحرك اليوم قبل أن تُمحى غزة عن الخارطة.
غزة تنزف… والإنسانية على المحك.
فإلى متى يبقى الدم الفلسطيني رخيصاً؟

Title: How Long Will Palestinian Blood Remain Cheap?

In yet another heinous crime added to the record of genocide committed by the Israeli occupation against our people in the Gaza Strip, the Israeli army bombed a restaurant crowded with displaced civilians on Al-Wehda Street in Gaza City. The attack resulted in the martyrdom of more than 65 civilians, most of them women and children, in a horrific scene that reflects an unparalleled level of brutality in modern history.

This massacre is but a continuation of a deliberate policy of killing, starvation, and indiscriminate bombing that targets civilians in markets, hospitals, and shelters. It is a systematic approach aimed at breaking the will of our people and destroying the very fabric of our society, all under the shadow of an alarming international silence and the complicity of major powers that continue to support this criminal entity politically, militarily, and through intelligence sharing.

The continued disregard for Palestinian blood, in the absence of accountability and justice, represents a moral collapse of the international legal system and a blatant insult to the humanitarian values that the civilized world claims to uphold. Who will hold the occupation accountable for slaughtering children waiting in line for bread? Who will stop this killing machine that makes no distinction between infant and elder?

We, at the General Union of Palestinian Jurists, affirm that the blood of our martyrs is not just statistics. These crimes will not go unanswered. Therefore, we demand the following:

1. An immediate and transparent international investigation into the massacre at Al-Wehda Street and other atrocities committed in the Gaza Strip.

2. Urgent action by the International Criminal Court and the UN Security Council to stop this barbaric aggression.

3. Immediate international protection for our people in Gaza.

4. Accountability for the states that continue to arm and support the occupation, despite their full awareness of the scale of crimes being committed.

The international community’s silenc and the failure of its institutions are tantamount to complicity in the crime. History will not forgive this indifference if action is not taken now—before Gaza is erased from the map.

Gaza is bleeding… and humanity is on trial.
So, how long will Palestinian blood remain cheap?
